Thursday Restorative
In-person at Nourish Wellness in Comox, BC
Thursdays from 7:30-8:30pm
Expect a profoundly healing practice which opens opportunities to turn your attention inwards. This is gentle and slow work that aims to settle your nervous system through breath and restfulness.
Saturday All Levels Flow
In-person at Nourish Wellness in Comox, BC
Most Saturdays from 10:30-11:30am
This class will move, stretch, strengthen and invigorate your mind and body. Leave these classes feeling inspired, refreshed and (most importantly) IN AWE of your dang incredible self!
Registration Details
Follow the instructions below to purchase your class pass. Scroll further to see the class schedule and to purchase a specific class. Drop-ins are totally welcome!
Decide between these three payment options:
1-class Drop-in: $20 + GST
4-class pass: $72 + GST
Once you’ve paid for your pass you can head to your email. There will be an ‘Order Receipt’ waiting for you. Save this email somewhere that’s easy to find.

Within your order receipt there will be a ‘Confirmation Code’ and a ‘Schedule’ link next to it.
To pre-register for your class simply click that ‘Schedule’ link, or bring your confirmation code to the scheduler featured below.
See the schedule below for class times and reach out to sydney@sydneyfletcher.com if you run into any difficulties. We will be taking a break for summer as of June 4 so please factor that into your decision when purchasing a multi-class pass.
First-time students are welcome to use the coupon code FIRST-CLASS to receive 50% off your first drop-in class.
