Severe Imposter Syndrome
It looks like imposter syndrome has a significant presence in your life.
It's okay – you're not alone.
Albert Einstein, Maya Angelou, and Neil Armstrong all suffered from imposter syndrome from time to time. And so has almost every other amazing person on the planet.
Take a deep breath.
You’ve taken an amazing step by taking this quiz and thinking through these challenging thoughts.
There are many strategies you can try which will help you feel better and live the life you barely dared to dream for when you started your journey.
Tips for Severe Imposter Syndrome
Begin with Compassion: It’s not easy to have these feelings all the time, and you deserve to feel better about yourself on a daily basis. Treat yourself like a dear friend with these thoughts, and practice positive self-talk that resonates with you such as “I’m more than these thoughts” and “These thoughts are a difficult experience, but they don’t define me”
Join a Community: It can be hard to feel like you’re making any progress when you’re working on your own with no feedback. Surround yourself with other heart-centred entrepreneurs who understand your struggles. Share your experiences and learn from others. Some of the most supportive folks I’ve ever met are part of the Heartwork Collective.
Prioritize Self-Care: Find activities that nourish your mind, body, and spirit. This could include exercise, meditation, journaling, or spending time in nature.
Reach Out for Help: Don't try to go it alone. Connect with a therapist, coach, or mentor who can offer guidance and support. I offer free one-on-one consultations and would love to impact your wellbeing and success.
