Tips for Mild Imposter Syndrome

  • Share your coping strategies: Lend a helping hand and words of reassurance to other folks who may be going through it - your support might make a difference in someone’s life!

  • Take Notes: When you do feel whispers of imposter syndrome, make a note about what triggered those feelings. When you have the time, revisit and look for trends that you could better manage. For example, if social media is typically the cause, maybe minimize scrolling before you have important creative or promotional work coming up.

  • Challenge Yourself: Step outside your comfort zone and try new things. Each small victory can help build your confidence.

  • Find Your Cheerleader: Consider speaking with a business coach who can help put your accomplishments into perspective and support you in reaching your potential.
