For DAY ONE's training, we're going to dive into what creativity is and why it's imperative to entrepreneurship. We'll also explore the 5 defining factors that determine a person's level of creative efficiency.
Day Two
Creative Trust
What do creativity and nature have in common?
On DAY TWO we will look at the overlap between nature and creativity. We'll talk about the roles that intuition and trust play in our ability to move forward and create with grace.
Day Three
Creativity Mechanics
What is actually happening when we are in a "flow" state? And why is that state so hard to find sometimes?
In DAY THREE I want to break down the actual mechanics of creativity and help you understand the science behind it. We'll talk about the psychology and biology that contributes to our creative efficiency.
Day Four
Creativity Awareness and Application
How do we apply this to YOU and your business and life?
DAY FOUR is where we take all that we've learned and apply it. We'll build awareness around where you're at with all that we've talked about and create clarity on how you can apply these learnings to your own creative efficiency.
Day Five
Celebrating & Troubleshooting
What makes sense in all of this and what has you stumped?
After all that you've learned and explored there are bound to be both insights and questions. On our final day of the course, we will celebrate some of your favourite takeaways so they can sink in even further and we'll answer any questions you may have.
